Netflix Phishing Emails are Increasing In Frequency

I’ve been talking about phishing email scams that are going around these days, in particular, PayPal phishing scams that I’ve been receiving and I’ve been getting a lot of them lately. In my latest article, I talked about the two best ways to protect yourself from phishing scams and I’ll reiterate those here. Netflix Phishing emails are on the increase as well.

In fact, I heard on a popular radio show this morning about one in particular that’s going around and one of the people on the radio show even received that particular Netflix scam. I received that scam recently myself and that’s exactly what we’re going to take a look at today.

My PayPal Account Locked Over and Over. Or Is It?!

Welcome back and time to take another look at those pesky email scams I’ve been talking a lot about. Well folks, I have to ask the question, why is my PayPal account locked over and over?! I always get these emails saying there is suspicious activities and that it has either been locked or temporary limited.

PayPal Phishing Emails are Getting More Sophisticated

I’m back with another look at phishing emails. I want to take a look at how PayPal phishing emails are getting more sophisticated and that may be true for phishing emails in general. This is in regard to a particular phishing email I received not too long ago.

If you’ve read some of my previous posts regarding phishing emails, such as the one regarding an Apple phishing email, you’ll have read some of the specifics of how to spot it being a fake email and not become a victim of these type of scams. I will also talk about those again here because I want everyone to have the information needed to not fall victim to one of these types of emails.

A Legitimate Admin PayPal Email. Or is it?

Welcome back folks! I want to share with you a legitimate Admin PayPal Email! I mean, it says it is from the Admin him/herself so it must absolutely be legitimate, right? I mean sure, I’ve shown other emails from PayPal that turned out to be scams in the past, but this one actually seems real!

I really don’t see any spelling mistakes in the email I’m getting ready to show you so I think the what they are saying is true. If I click on the link, I’ll certainly be able to keep my account from being closed because I don’t want it to be closed at a time like this especially when it is getting a little harder to access and send money.

Another PayPal Email Scam

Phishing emails seem to be more prevalent these days and it seems lately that I’ve been getting more and more of them. I’ve talked about some of the ones I’ve received in the past especially those that are supposedly from Apple, Netflix, and Amazon, just to name a few.

Obviously they’re not real emails from those companies and I’ve talked about what to look out for in which it shows they are phishing emails trying to get your precious login information to the actual companies you have accounts with. I’ve even shown a PayPal phishing email that I’ve received in the past.
